WN999 will not be liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with others.
The name, date of birth, phone number and payment details you register with must be accurate and must match the identity documents and payment methods you use. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account closure.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. WN999 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or operated in a manner detrimental to other players or to the Platform.
WN999 processes all transactions in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:
All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. WN999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. WN999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method but WN999 aims to review withdrawal requests promptly.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. WN999 will attempt to notify you before any dormancy policy is applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held securely and released upon verified request from the account holder.
WN999 regularly offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers and other promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are set out below.
All bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in real-money gameplay before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is listed in that promotion's individual terms.
Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in their individual terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
WN999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a player, the terms in force at the time of acceptance will continue to apply to that instance of the bonus.

All non-live games on WN999 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios. WN999 does not modify or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a game disconnection, server fault or technical error mid-round, WN999 will attempt to restore the game state from its last confirmed server record. Where restoration is not possible, the stake for that round may be returned to your account balance. WN999's decision on such matters is final.

All bets are subject to acceptance by WN999. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. WN999 reserves the right to decline or limit bets at its discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse or where odds have been published in error.
Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change up to the moment your bet is confirmed. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time based on the state of the event. It is your responsibility to verify the odds displayed before confirming a wager.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is concluded; odds were published at a clearly incorrect level due to a system error; the event result cannot be verified through official sources. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to your account balance.
